SCS Consulting Group, staff members managed the civil engineering component of this multi-disciplinary design team responsible for planning and implementing a two storey, motor vehicle dealership in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.

Highlights of the project include:

• Detailed grading and servicing design and coordination with the architect, landscape architect, mechanical engineer and traffic consultant.
• Targeted an achievement of LEED Platinum Certification.
• Stormwater control with parking lot catchbasins and storm sewers draining to an oil-grit separator and an existing stormwater management pond.
