SCS Consulting Group was responsible for the detailed design of the 236 lot residential subdivision including a Stormwater Management (SWM) Pond. SCS executed the design and coordinated the external consultants, including surveyors, landscape architects, geotechnical engineers and traffic engineers.
Highlights of the project include:
- 236 lot residential subdivision with 3 commercial blocks and a Regional Road.
- Construction coordination and management of this subdivision will involve earthworks, a SWM pond, servicing for 93 single lots and 142 semi-detached units as well as roadworks.
- Coordination with several agencies including Canadian Pacific Railroad, the Region of York, Ministry of Transportation Ontario, 407 ETR, York Region Transit and the Town of Markham.
